I normally don’t take time to do reviews unless it’s really good or really bad. This time is awesome. I had a ground fault outlet go out causing my entire garage to go out including the freezer. I called several electricians and got no response or they said they could not do it. Called C&S Electric of Louisburg and Craig answered right away and came the next morning. I called on a Sunday afternoon (3/12) expecting a voicemail box, and instead, Craig of C&S Electric of Louisburg answered. That is a huge bonus in my book. I needed work done on 4 separate issues and after discussing with Craig over the phone, he advised he would come out the next day to review the work and provide a quote. He arrived promptly and was respectful of my home(3/13). He provided a quote to look at a photocell light fixture outside, an issue with the GFCI outlet in my shed, a dead circuit in my home taking out my living room, and moving my cable line from one end of the house to the other and installing an additional outlet over the mantle for the TV. I accepted and he arrived the next day right on time and got straight to work while keeping me informed as I work from home and a loss of power/internet is a problem for me. He made sure to keep me up and running and got through all 4 requests very quickly. He was also very nice to my dog kind of jumping on him a bit. (he is only 11 pounds) Craig was great and prompt and I will definitely be calling again when it is time for a new panel in my outdoor building and a 30 amp for my camper. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

Craig of C&S Electric of Louisburg installed a couple of electrical outlets outside of home. Had him come back for second time to add breaker for hvac . Very reasonable priced!

Craig replaced all of our halogen security lamps with LED lamps, all the work done in one day and everything worked perfectly. Then he installed a 22kW whole house generator, converting us from an 8kWpartial house generator. The price was competitive. This was a lot of work, a subpanel had to come out, two grounds installed, and the neutrals separated from the ground throughout the circuitry to comply with new code regulations. Craig was easy to work with, explained everything, showed up on time, and got the job done leaving no mess or unfinished elements. The installation passed all inspections. Based on our experience, we easily can recommend C&S Electric of Louisburg for your electrical jobs big or small.

I sent a message to Craig on a Saturday morning. He responded to me within a couple of hours. He called me and set up a meeting that afternoon to look at the work I needed done. He gave me an estimate on Monday. I had been trying for a couple of months to get two other companies to just come give me an estimate. I agreed with the estimate and he came out the next Monday and did all the work. He ran wire from my breaker box, under the house and dug a trench to run the wire to an outlet he placed on a post in my front yard. He did a great job.

I recently had a house built in Louisburg. When we first moved in our dryer plug didn’t work with the outlet the builder installed. I asked around and was given C&S Electric of Louisburg as a reliable company. Craig came out that day, fixed the outlet and has been our main go-to electrician since. He installed our whole house generator and just in time. Right in the middle of brewing coffee the power went out. 90 seconds later the generator kicked in. Needed an electrician for a couple of odd jobs. Craig of C&S Electric of Louisburg responded to our call before we could even finish a voicemail and came the next day! Very impressed with everything! Neat, clean and very knowledgeable! Price was much lower than we had expected!!

Craig from C&S Electric of Louisburg LLC is a fantastic electrician! He upgraded my electric, removed the fuse box in kitchen and removed a circuit panel from under a crawl space. He added outlets and replaced several, removed an old rusted spot light from out side with wires hanging down, put a new LED light that I love. Also he did electrical work to have heat and AC put in. He worked great with Alford’s mechanical workers since there was a issue where to put the unit because of house layout. Craig came right over, worked with them solved the problem right away by removing an old wire circuit panel and rearranging things during so Alford workers were able to put the unit in. Great electrician and willing to work with others and checking to make sure everything is up to code and done correctly. Top Notch Electrician #1 !!!

He was at my house on time, quickly assessed my electrical panel and diagnosed the problem. He had part ordered by lunch and was at my house on time to replace the part. Done in 30 minutes. He took two circuit breaker boxes out of my crawl space, and fuse box out if my kitchen, added outlets, removed bad flood lights that had cracked wire and replaced them. He also kept everyone informed and organized. Everything went smooth. Even when I thought I had an emergency, he was there telling us what to do until he got to the house, and then found and fixed the problem. Honest and fixed all my electrical problems. Would recommend to everyone.”

I needed an electrician to repair a broken pool pump. Craig answered my phone call immediately and arrived promptly when expected. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of looking at my setup…and had my pump repaired and running in short order! He also identified a few other issues that may cause a problem and need correction. C&S Electrical performed a very professional job installing a set of flood security lights around our house. Some of the lights are hard wired to existing switches and some are remote controlled. None of the work required and damage to our interior or exterior walls that required repairing after the installation was finished.
